Short, because there is not much to agree to. The site sells nothing and requires no account.

What you may do with this material

Read it, print it, quote it, and send it to someone who needs it. If you quote it, say where it came from and link the page, so the person reading your quote can check the date the sources were verified. If a page turns out to be wrong, the correction will be on the page, not in your copy of it.

Machines are welcome too. Every guide publishes a plain Markdown mirror at /guides/<slug>.md, and the site's index for language models is at /llms.txt. Both state the canonical URL and the verification date, and we would rather an assistant quoted a sourced page than an unsourced one.

What reading it does not do

It does not create an attorney-client relationship with Madgett Law, LLC, and neither does sending the contact form. Nothing here is legal advice about your situation. See the disclaimer, which says more about why that distinction is real and not a formality.

Accuracy, and its limits

Every legal statement on this site is checked against the primary source before it is published, and each page carries the date it was checked. That is a real process and it is described at how we verify the law. It is not a warranty. The law changes, sources move, and errors survive review. Use the page as a starting point and the linked source as the authority.

Nothing here is sold

Nothing on this site is sold, gated, or exchanged for an email address, and no one pays to appear on it. There are no referral fees: Minnesota Injury Guide does not send inquiries to other firms for money, and does not receive any for sending them here. How the firm charges when it does take a matter is set out on the disclaimer page.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. Pages may change or be removed, and the contact form may fail — which is why every page that mentions it also gives a telephone number. Do not rely on a web form to preserve a legal right.
